XT-Innovations was started in 2008 after the closing of Baja Marine Corporation.
Lane and Beverly Carlisle was devastated to hear of the closing and the loss of their jobs after 20+ years of service. They decided it was chance to show boat owners some of their new design concepts. Since the opening of XT-Innovations, some of the most amazing boat interiors have hit the water.
Today Lane has been in Engineering for over 31 year 's and Bev has been sewing interiors for over 34 years.
